!!!BE sure that u've installed Patched SPL before upgrading or u wont be able to flash custom rom!!!!
!!!You should also have activesync 4.5!!!
But before upgrading u must:
1) Update your gene with this spl RUU_Gene_HSP FILE
INSTRUCTIONS : --1.Copy jumpspl.exe on your device, at root . Copy 1.10-olipro.nb on your device, at MyDocuments. (IN UR HTC DEVICE PHONE MEMORY)
2.Run jumpspl.exe on your device. Enter 0x10000000 as address. Select 1.10-olipro.nb in list, and press and hold "Power" and "Camera" button. TILL WHITE SCREEN APPEARS ,after the flash work is over.
3.White screen is appear. Now your device is temorary CID-unlocked.
flash the gene spl patched by Olipro.(it's HSPL)
2) And only then u will be able to update your device with my custom rom
3) If u don't like wm6 u can easily downgrade to wm5 rom by flashing original wm5 firmware
AFTER THAT RUN THE ROMUpdateUtility FROM THE RUU_Gene_HSPL.ZIP
*****COPY AND EXTRACT ALL THE FILES DOWNLOADED IN ONE FOLDER
FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS NJOY
SEE ATTACHMENTS ITS IMPORTANT
SEE THE READ ME FILE IN THE RUU_Gene_HSPL.ZIP
